Recipe Ingredients for Hungry Girl's The Whole Enchilada Chicken Soup

3 c. fat free chicken broth
1 1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. onion chopped
3 c. green enchilada sauce
15 oz. canned pumpkin
2 c. shredded boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 c. frozen corn

Recipe Directions for Hungry Girl's The Whole Enchilada Chicken Soup

Simmer chicken broth, add celery and onion, allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Add enchilada sauce and pumpkin, on low heat bring to a boil and add cooked chicken and corn. Heat through.
