1/2 cup Fiber One
4 serving Premium Selection Italian Seasoning
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 cup Tomato Sauce No Salt Added
1/4 cup Liquid Egg Product
8 oz (raw) Chicken
0.5 cup Cheese Mozzarella Shredded Part Skim

Recipe Directions for Hungry Girl's Pan Fried Chicken Parm

  1. in a blender grind cereal into crumbs. Transfer to a wide bowl and mix in italian seasoning, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and 1/4 tsp. onion powder

  2. In a small bowl, mix tomato sauce w/remaining garlic & onion powder

  3. place egg sub. in another wide bowl, using tongs dip the chicken breast in the egg mix, shake excess off then dip into the crumbs.

  4. spray a large skillet w/non stick olive oil put on med.-high heat lay coated chicken into the skillet and cook for 4 mins. on each side. until chicken is done.

  5. evenly spread sauce over the chicken still in the skillet sprinkle w/cheese

  6. Reduce heat to low and cover, cook until cheese is melted, 2-3 mins.

  7. enjoy!
