464 g , 1 (14.75 oz.) can cream-style corn
207 g , 2 (6 oz.) cans lump crab meat
129 g , 1 (6 oz.) frozen fillet of white fish (tilapia or cod)
358 g , 2 cups frozen shrimp
185 g , 1 cup frozen corn
235 g red bell pepper, 1 chopped
90 g onion, 1/2 c chopped
120 g , 1/2 c light plain soymilk
1/2 tsp garlic, chopped
33 g , 1/2 c instant mashed potatoes
60 g , 1/4 c sour cream

Recipe Directions for Hungry Girl - Seafood Corn Chowder

  1. Mix everything in the crock pot (everything still frozen), except the instant mashed potatoes and sour cream.
