Recipe Ingredients for Hungry Girl Sauced 'n Simmered Dijon Chicken

1 serving Sugar Free Pancake and Waffle Syrup
2 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
2 Teaspoon Vinegar
5 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.5 cup, chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Hungry Girl Sauced 'n Simmered Dijon Chicken

  1. To make the sauce, in a medium bowl, mix syrup, mustard, and vinegar. Stir in 1/4 cup water.

  2. Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat. Add chicken and season with garlic powder, salt, black pepper and, if you like, a dash of cayenne pepper. Add onion and sauce. Cook and stir until chicken is cooked through and onion has softened, about 7 minutes. Enjoy!
