DELICIOUS! I adapted the hungry girl recipe only slightly by adding regular sour cream instead of fat free and did not use any parmesan. I bet it would be even better with some greek yogurt in place of the sour cream for a little more zip!

Recipe Ingredients for Hungry Girl Fettuccine w/ chicken and broccoli

2.5 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 wedge Light Original Swiss Spreadable Cheese Wedges
0.33 serving Great Value All Natural Grade A Sour Cream
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
1 dash Salt, Table
8 oz Tofu Shirataki (Fettuccine Shaped Noodle Substitute)

Recipe Directions for Hungry Girl Fettuccine w/ chicken and broccoli

  1. Drain and rinse noodles

  2. Pat dry with a paper towel.. get super dry!

  3. Cook/grill chicken with cooking spray

  4. cut up into bite size pieces

  5. Add all ingredients to microwave safe dish

  6. Michrowave for one minute

  7. Stir

  8. Microwave an additional 1-2 minutes until hot!

  9. ENJOY!

  10. Soooo Good!
