1/3 cup fiber one cereal, ground
1/4 cup egg beaters
2 slices tomato
2 leaf lettuce
2 slices fat free american cheese
1/2 tbsp light mayonnaise

  1. grind cereal

  2. dip breasts into egg wash, then into cereal to coat

  3. spray baking sheet with PAM

  4. bake at 375 for 20 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes
