Hungry girl dip warmed goes great with crisp celery, carrots or tortillas or put it on a pita or wrap for a warm spicy chicken salad! Serve warm, 1/4 c. is 1 serving & only 1 point. I used 1 c. of franks red hot sauce & greek yogurt but analyzer did not recognize "greek" yogurt & also added 1 c of chopped celery for crunch effect.

20 oz. chicken breast
8 oz fat free cream cheese
1/2 c. hot sauce
1/4 c fat free ranch dressing
1/4 c. nonfat yogurt
1/2 c. part-skim mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Hungry girl Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

  1. poach chicken breast or use canned chicken (2 9.75 oz cans) & shred the chicken, mix with softened cream cheese, along with the rest of the ingredients, bake in oven at 350 for about 20- 30 minutes

  2. serve with veges, chips or bagette
