Recipe Ingredients for Hungiran Chicken Paprikash

4 lbs skinless chicken
50 g bacon
1 onion
3 bell pepper
2 tomatoes
150 g mushrooms
100 ml sour cream
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp seasoning salt
100 ml water

Recipe Directions for Hungiran Chicken Paprikash

  1. Chicken clean, wash, cut into small pieces and season with salt. Slice bacon into thin pieces (or buy already sliced), cut onion and garlic finely. Washed mushrooms, cut into thin slices, pepper rings and tomatoes (which you previously skinned) into cubes. Braise bacon and onion, remove from stove, add red paprika and a little stir. In fact fry the chicken on all sides, then add mushrooms, peppers, garlic, pepper and Vegeta (seasoning salt). Cover and simmer (in own juice without topping water) on low heat for about 15 minutes.
