Recipe Ingredients for Hungarian Gulash

48 oz tomato juice
14 oz diced tomatoes
1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb elbow macaroni

Recipe Directions for Hungarian Gulash

Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Cook the macaroni in boiling water. Drain the macaroni and add the can of tomato juice and the diced tomatoes. Add the ground beef. Simmer until hot, add salt to taste.
