Recipe Ingredients for Hungarian green beans

2 lbs green beans
1 large onion
2 green peppers
8 roma tomatoes
2 T butter
1 oz+1+cup Total Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt 0%
2 T flour

Recipe Directions for Hungarian green beans

  1. melt butter

  2. add onions, green pepper, tomatoes, cook until soft

  3. add green beans

  4. when the green beans are cooked make a paste with the sourcream and yogurt and flour, add to the green bean mixture, salt, pepper to taste
