Recipe Ingredients for Hungarian Goulosh

1 pound lean ground beef
8 ounce fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 small red onion, sliced
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1/2 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
14 1/2 ounce peeled tomatoes
12 ounce Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Rotini Pasta

Recipe Directions for Hungarian Goulosh

  1. Brown the ground beef; set aside. Heat olive oil in pan over medium-low heat, then add mushrooms, peppers, onions, garlic, paprika, and basil. Cook for about 3 minutes or until tender.

  2. Prepare the pasta according to package directions; drain.

  3. Add ground beef and canned tomatoes to cooked vegetables, then add salt and pepper. Gently stir in cooked pasta; warm over low heat for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
