Recipe Ingredients for hungarian dumpling soup

8 cup Chicken Stock
18 grams Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
1 medium Egg, Whole
8 oz Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Seasoned
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 tsp Paprika
0.3 cup Parsley
12 oz Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Extra Wide Noodles
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
6 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.5 medium raw Onion Yellow
1 medium raw Carrots
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for hungarian dumpling soup

  1. bring stock and water to a boil

  2. add carrot, onion, celery, thyme, parsley and reduce to simmer

  3. mix turkey with egg, bread crumbs, nutmeg, paprika, parsley, salt and pepper. roll into 1" balls and add to simmering stock. let sit for 4 minutes. add the egg noodles, peppers, scallions and stir. cook another 4-5 minutes until noodles are just tender. stir in dill, season with salt and pepper.

  4. serve immediately
