Delicious stick-to-your-ribs guiltless goulash. If you want vegetarian version, skip ground beef and use vegetable broth.

  1. Sautee Until Brown:

  2. 1 pounds organic ground beef

  3. 1 container sliced mushrooms

  4. 1 large sweet onion diced

  5. Add:

  6. 1 box low sodium chicken broth

  7. 2 cans diced tomatoes

  8. 1 head cabbage, cored really well and sliced into x 2? strips

  9. 3 parsnips, peeled and diced

  10. 1 can white kidney beans, (cannellini)

  11. 2 tsps fines herbs with lavender

  12. 1 tsp Worchester sauce

  13. 1-2 tsp hot pepper sauce

  14. Salt and pepper to taste

  15. Cook until bubbly, then lower heat to medium-low and cook for 45 minutes.Garnish with fat-free sour cream if desired.
