3 cup Mung Beans, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
0.5 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, Peeled

Recipe Directions for Hunan Mung Beans in Outrageous Dressing

  1. Combine bean sprouts, peeled and sliced cucumber, 1/4 c grated carrot, and 1/4 c broccoli flowerettes in a medium bowl.

  2. Combine the remaining ingredients into another smaller bowl the pour over sprouts
