Use leftover meat--this time I had roasted brisket, but any cooked meat is good.

Recipe Ingredients for Hunan Beef

3 oz Beef, Brisket, Point Half
6 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 tbsp Oil, Sesame
100 grams Chili Flavored Oil
6 medium Mushrooms
2 oz Szechuan Sauce

Recipe Directions for Hunan Beef

Heat frying pan with high sides (wok), coat the bottom with sesame oil (may not need it all). Add chopped garlic and cook for just a few seconds, then add vegetables and toss until they are beginning to cook. Add the Szechuan sauce, the meat, and cook until hot all the way through.
