Hummus is one of my favorite foods because it can be eaten as a snack or as a meal. For example, it can be put in a container for a quick, ?on the go snack,? but also serve as a fancy appetizer. Humus III can serve 16 people, but it is important that this does not necessarily apply to other types of hummus. It is very common for hummus to contain a lot of garlic. However, when you?re making this tasty snack, it is important to remember that you can choose how much of an ingredient you want to include in the recipe. Hummus is a quick and easy snack that does not require cooking, which means it is great for any occasion. One the downside this humus contains a lot of sodium and is low in vitamin A. In contrast, the positive side is that this humus contains a good amount of dietary fiber and protein and is also low in fats. Furthermore, if you are looking for food with a lower amount of calories, Hummus III only has 130. All in all, Hummus III is a healthy meal, or snack, as long as foods that are low in sodium and high in vitamin A are also consumed.
