Recipe Ingredients for Humous

2 cups chick peas, canned
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbs parsley, minced

Recipe Directions for Humous

Place rinsed and drained canned chick peas in a food processor with all ingredients. Run until completely blended
