Hummus Without Tahini Recipe

I don't have tahini on hand so I mixed up this hummus from leftover canned black beans.

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus without Tahini

1 cup Black Beans Drained and Rinsed
1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Gumbo File
2 clove Garlic
2 sprigs Parsley
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Hummus without Tahini

Toss together all ingredients in a blender and hit the power. Let blend until creamy. I had to mash it up a little bit after 5 minutes blending but my blender is a piece of junk.
