1 whole wheat pita, halved
2 tablespoons hummus
4 slices tomato
4 slices cucumber
1/4 cup lettuce, shredded
1/8 cup green pepper, sliced
2 slices red onion

Recipe Directions for Hummus Vegetable Pita

spread 1 tablespoon hummus into each pita half. Stuff each half with 2 tomato slices,2 cucumber slices,1/4 cup green pepper slices, 1/8 cup shredded lettuce, and 1 onion slice. Serve chilled.
