Recipe Ingredients for Hummus - Traditional

15 oz chick peas
1/3 cup Natural Tahini - with Salt (Roasted)
6 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed
2 tbsp water or reserved liquid from beans
1 tsp sea salt
4 dashes Hot Sauce
4 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Hummus - Traditional

Add all ingredients in food processor (steel blade) and process until corsely pureed.
