Hummus with added protein in the form of tofu

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus spread

1 3/4 c chickpeas
2/5 pkg extra-firm tofu
1 T olive oil
3 T lemon juice
1/4 t sea salt

Recipe Directions for Hummus spread

Drain and rinse chickpeas. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Also add desired spices - I added cayenne, black pepper, and cumin to taste. Will be thick - add more lemon juice or water to thin.
