2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
3/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Hummus

  1. Toss all ingredients into a food processor and blend.

  2. Add water to achieve desired consistency.
