18 oz chickpeas
1 tbsp tahini
1/4 cup beef broth
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for hummus

  1. peel and crush garlic

  2. combine all ingredients in blender

  3. puree until smooth
