An easy hummus recipe that makes a great snack.

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

1 3/4 cup Chick Peas
3 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Hummus

Finely mince garlic (or press it) and add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy. You may adjust salt to your taste.
