Dip for raw vegetables and pita chips.

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

14 oz. Cannellini Beans
14 oz. Garbanzo Beans
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 T. lemon juice
1/3 c. tahini
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Hummus

  1. Pulse beans and garlic in food processor.

  2. Add salt, lemon juice and tahini and pulse until blended.

  3. With processor running, slowly pour in olive oil. (If hummus is too thick add warm water by the teaspoonful until desired consistency is reached.)

  4. Serve with raw vegetables or pita chips.
