Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

3 c Chickpeas
1/2 c water
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp tahini
1/2 tsp cumin
4 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Hummus

  1. Soak chickpeas until softened.

  2. Place softened chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, cumin, water and garlic in food processor. Process until very smooth. Add additional water as needed.

  3. Transfer to a bowl.

  4. Serving size is 1 to 2 tablespoons.
