Yummy, lemony with a little heat, top with chopped tomatoes, cukes, pimento, olives and/or sprouts - yummy!

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

3 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
4 tbsp Sesame Butter, Tahini, From Roasted And Toasted Kernels (Most Common Type)
1/2 cup Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 1/2 tbsp Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Hummus

  1. Throw it all in a blender, store in fridge.

  2. a serving is about 2 TBS.
