Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

800 g chick peas
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons tahini
4 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Hummus

Place the chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, tahini paste, cumin and lemon juice in a food processor and process until combined. Add water and process again until quite smooth.
