Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

15 oz Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Sesame Tahini Organic

Recipe Directions for Hummus

Process all ingredients, adding more or less olive oil for desired consistancy. Add flavorings like fresh garlic, paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
