Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

1 large Onions
108 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil
15 oz best yet garbanzo beans
4 tbsp(32 g) Natural Tahini - with Salt (Raw)
0.25 cup Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
4 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Hummus

  1. In a large skillet, saute onions in 1/4 C oil until softened. reduce heat to medium-low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes or until deep golden brown.

  2. Transfer to a food processor; add the beans, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, salt, pepper and remaining oil. cover and process for 30 seconds or until smooth.
