chickpea and garlic dip. makes 9 x 1/4 cup servings

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

2 garlic cloves
1/3 cup lemon juice (used bottled)
3 tbsp tahini
2 tsp regular olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp warm water
2 cups chickpeas (or a 19 oz can drained & rinsed)

Recipe Directions for Hummus

  1. using food processor, process garlic

  2. add remaining ingredients except for chickpeas and process

  3. add chickpeas and process until smooth
