Yummy, healthy hummus. You can buy tahini in the peanut butter section of most health food stores.

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

2 cups garbanzo beans, drained
1/6 cup tahini
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
2 oz. lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Hummus

  1. Combine everything in the blender.

  2. Add juice from the can of garbanzo beans 1 oz at a time until it's blended to the desired consistency.

  3. Enjoy.
