A strongly garlic flavored hummus recipe which doesn't contain oil, perfect with bread or salads.

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

1/4 cup chickpeas
1 tbsp tahini
2 cloves garlic
1/4 small onion
5 tbsp water

Recipe Directions for Hummus

  1. I use some parsley, turmeric, coriander and chilli to add flavour, you can of course add something else.

  2. blend chickpeas, garlic, onion, parsley and water until smooth. Add tahini and spices and blend until everything is mixed well.

  3. you can add salt or soy sauce for a salty taste.
