Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

38 oz chick peas
1/8 c olive oil
3/4 c lemon juice
1 T cumin
1 T tahini paste
5 cloves garlic
1/2 c water

Recipe Directions for Hummus

  1. Process the first 6 ingredients in the food processor.

  2. Add water until the right consistency is achieved
