Homemade chickpea and tahini dip that goes great with vegetables and pita bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

15 1/2 oz chickpeas, drained
3 tbsp tahini paste
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
7 kalamata olives, pitted

Recipe Directions for Hummus

  1. Add all ingredients to food processor or blender.

  2. Blend until ingredients form a thick paste; if contents aren't mixing add a little extra olive oil until they blend smoothly.
