a lower fat version using Greek yogurt which is higher in protein Makes 4 1/2 cups-Serving is 1/4 cup

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

4 cups chick peas, cooked
2 tbs tahini
2 tbs lemon juice
2 oz (2 tbs) Oikos Greek yogurt
2 tbs olive oil
6 cloves garlic (roasted)

Recipe Directions for Hummus

  1. put all ingredients in a food processor except the oil and blend

  2. drizzle oil

  3. season with lite salt or sea salt to taste
