Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

30 ounce garbanzo beans
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp tahini
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
8 ounce plain fat-free yogurt

Recipe Directions for Hummus

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until almost smooth. The texture should be like overcooked oatmeal.

  2. Chill.
