Add kalamata olives or sundried tomatoes for a different take on a classic.

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

1 garlic clove
2/3 cup chick peas (1 can)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/8 cup tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Hummus

With the food processor running, drop in the garlic clove. Turn off the food processor and add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Serve with pita bread or veggies.
