Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

15 ounce chickpeas, reserve water
1/4 cup tahini paste
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Hummus

Blend all together in food processor. Thin with reserved bean water.
