This is the appropriate amount of calories using a 19oz can of chickpeas and about 2 tablespoons of tahini (when i put the recipe to be analyzed it was using dried beans)

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

7 ounces canned chickpeas
2 1/2 tablespoons tahini
2 cloves garlic
3/4 cup water

Put all the ingredients in a blender and combine
