1 clove garlic
2 tbsp tahini
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Place ingredients in a food processor fitted with a steel blade and pulse until smooth.
