Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

15 oz garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
1/4 oz fresh mint (3-4 leaves)
47 g lemon (juice from 1 lemon)
2 cloves garlic (minced or pressed)
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Hummus

Combine all ingredients in food processor. Blend for 2 minutes. Thin with 1-2 tbs water if necessary.
