Really creamy once you take the skins off the chickpeas

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

8 oz chickpeas
1/8 cup olive oil
1 tbs lemon juice
1/4 tbs cumin
1 1/2 cups water
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Hummus

cook chickpeas per the bag or buy canned (better) mix in blender adding liquid from can until creamy. add remaining ingredients until creamy.
