Serving size: 2 Tbs. Use 1 can of garbanzo beans (1.3 cups is just for nutrition equivalency)

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

1/2 cup tahini
1 3/10 cups chickpeas
1 tbs. garlic, minced
3 tbs. lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbs. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Hummus

  1. Throw it all in the blender or food processor.

  2. Process till smooth.

  3. Calories are for a 2 Tbs. serving.
