Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

16 oz. chick peas, drained and rinsed
1/4 c olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp pine nuts
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 chili powder to taste
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Hummus

  1. Brown garlic in olive oil for 30 seconds.

  2. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
