Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

2 3/4 cups chickpeas
1/4 cup light sour cream
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tsp grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Hummus

  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and whirl until smooth. Serve with warm whole wheat pita wedges or crisp vegetables for dunking.

  2. Recipe also calls for 2 tbsp. of tahini but I cannot find it.

  3. Use this as a base for the Wild Mushroom Pizza
