The most basic hummus. Just add spices, herbs, or sundried tomatoes for a unique flavor.

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

1 1/2 cups chick peas
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Hummus

Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend for 15-20 seconds and serve with vegetables or on pita slices.
