I thought it was delicious, but...I've never had any other hummus as comparison.

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

1 cup arrowhead mills organic tahini
3 cups organic garbanzo beans
1 1/8 cup lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, peeled
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
2/5 cup green onions

Recipe Directions for Hummus

  1. So, yeah. Dump 'er all in a food processor and mix 'er up. Pretty good.

  2. Spread on pita or french bread.
