Recipe Ingredients for hummus

4 cups garbanzo beans
5 cloves garlic
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons sesame oil

Recipe Directions for hummus

puree garlic and beans in food processor with metal blade. while machine is running, add lemon juice and oil to beans. Add 1/4 - 1/2 cup water to running machine slowly until hummus is smooth and light.
