Great accompaniment to veggies, and good alternative source of protein

Recipe Ingredients for Hummus

1 1/2 cup garbanzo beans
1 clove garlic
2 tbs tahini
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tbs lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Hummus

  1. Drain the garbanzo beans, retaining the liquid

  2. Put everything else in the food processor

  3. Puree, adding liquid to obtain desired consistency

  4. Enjoy!
